The Dunn Majors (12-and-under) All-Stars have been dominant in two games of the Dixie Youth baseball district tournament in Raeford.

Dunn has advanced with a 22-1 win over Lillington and a 20-1 victory over Coats.

Two teams from the district will advance to the state tournament in Kenansville, which starts July 14.

Coats and Lillington play tonight at 6:30 with the winner advancing to meet Dunn on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.

If Dunn were to lose the game on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m., a deciding game in the double-elimination event would follow.

Anthony Jones has three home runs for Dunn, which has outhit its opponents, 34-3. Gabe Dapuyen also has a homer for Dunn.
