Eddie Crabtree, a standout football player at Dunn High School in the mid-1960s who went on to play at Western Carolina, is recovering from his sixth knee surgery and third knee replacement. Crabtree, who resides in Greenville, says parents shouldn’t pressure their sons into playing football.
