Zavian McLean has been named Player of the Year in the Patriot Athletic 4-A/3-A Conference in boys basketball.

The left-handed junior averaged 23.4 points, 5.8 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 2.5 steals for a 20-7 Jaguars team that shared the regular-season league title with Terry Sanford.
