
The CFCA golf team played at Kerr Lake Country Club on Tuesday.
Cape Fear Christian Academy’s varsity boys golf team was 3-1 in Mid-Carolina Conference matches at Kerr Lake Country Club on Tuesday.
The Eagles shot 121 over the first nine to top host Crossroads Christian by seven strokes as Colin McLeod shot 35. Wyatt Medlin had a 41 and Cade Godwin contributed a 45.bea
McLeod (43), Godwin (48) and Medlin (44) scored for the second nine when the Eagles (135) were second to the Colts (123).
CFCA and Crossroads finished ahead of Lee Christian in both matches.
The Eagles, 5-1 on the season, are scheduled to play in the Keith Hills Shoot-Out on March 22.
