Tennis turns back Bradford, 8-1, with deep lineup

Cape Fear Christian Academy coach Page Jackson used a lot of players as the Eagles defeated Bradford, 8-1, at Harnett Central on Wednesday.

Singles winners for CFCA (5-1) included Ellan Butts at No. 2, Savannah Autry at No. 3, Lily Kate Dupree at No. 4 and Addison Lanpher at No. 5/

The Archers forfeited the No. 6 singles and No. 3 doubles.

Jackson had Karson Hamilton and Autry at No. 1 and Glenna McLamb and Maggie Motschenbacher at No. 2 in a doubles sweep.

The Eagles host Village on September 26.
