BUIES CREEK — Campbell has announced its 2025 football schedule, which will get underway with a Coastal Athletic Association contest at Rhode Island on Friday, August 29, at 6 p.m.

Week two will send the Camels to East Carolina on Saturday, September 6, with a kickoff time to be announced.

CU has six home dates for the second straight season, including four CAA games at Barker-Lane Stadium..

Braxton Harris enters his second season as Campbell coach.

The first home game will be September 13, at 3:30 p.m. against Furman. That matchup with the Paladins begins a 3-game homestand.

CAA foe Bryant comes in on September 20 for a 6 p.m. start and nonconference opponent Western Carolina follows on September 27 at 3:30 p.m.

The Camels travel to N.C. State on October 4 with start time to be announced.

Campbell visits Hampton for a CAA game on October 11 at 2 p.m.

Homecoming is set for October 18 at 2 p.m. with a CAA clash against New Hampshire.

The Camels will travel to take on N.C. A&T on October 25 at 2 p.m. and — after an open date — host William & Mary on November 8 at 2 p.m.

Elon comes to Buies Creek on November 15 at 2 p.m. in a league clash.

Campbell faces another challenging schedule

The Camels took on the 10th toughest schedule in the Football Championship Subdivision in 2024, which featured an historic 24-16 win at No. 17 Western Carolina, the program’s first ever win over a ranked FCS opponent.
