BUIES CREEK — Jessica Donald dished out two assists and four separate Camels scored as Campbell closed out nonconference play with a 4-0 win over Wofford on Sunday afternoon at Eakes Athletics Complex.

Freshman Amber Liston also scored and added an assist.

Donald fed Alexa Genas who weaved through traffic via a spin move and finished for the opening score in the 17th minute.

Donald later distributed her team-leading seventh assist of the season to Katie Lockwood who finished for the final score of the game in the 90th minute.

In the 62nd minute, Liston diverted two defenders and placed it in the back of the net past the diving keeper for the first goal of her career.

Liston’s assist came 12 minutes later as the rookie fed Siara Southerland in the box who headed in her first goal of the season.

“It’s really good when you get a shutout at home to wrap up nonconference play,” said Campbell coach Samar Azem. “It is also great when you have a number of players scoring goals and getting assists.”

Reaghan Duval picked up her fourth win of the season and tallied a combined shutout with Natalya Marcove. Duval recorded four saves in 78 minutes to total 33 on the season.

Campbell opens conference play Saturday against UNC Asheville at 2 p.m. at Eakes Athletics Complex.
