Harnett Central hosted E.E. Smith for five All American Conference varsity contests on Wednesday and the Trojans won each one by shutout.
The Central baseball team took a doubleheader by scores of 18-0 in each 5-inning game.
Central downed the Golden Bulls, 11-0, in girls soccer.
Baseball
Freshman Brantley Champion had two hits and four RBIs in the first game, which saw the Trojans set the tone with 13 runs in the first inning. Central added five runs in the fourth.
Brandon Barefoot had a hit and three RBIs, Isaac Pilkington had two hits and two RBIs and Johnathan Patterson had a hit and two RBIs.
Kaleb Watkins was the winning pitcher in the first game.
Dalton Ausley had two hits and four RBIs in the second game. Aiden Taylor had four hits and three RBIs. Champion had two hits and three RBIs. Isaiah Pearson had a hit and drove in four runs.
Taylor had a pair of doubles.
Pearson and Pilkington pitched the nightcap as the Trojans improved to 5-8 for the season and 4-6 in the AAC.
Girls Soccer
The Trojans got three goals and three assists from Ava Hollingsworth in improving to 9-3 overall and 7-2 in league play going into a conference match at home on Tuesday against Overhills.
Senior Christina Williams also had three goals.
Scoring one goal each were Mattie Gaines, Kalina Monte, Emily Parker, Sinai Avalos Beltran and Galilea Ruiz.
Parker had two assists. Lillian Adams, Avalos Beltran and Ruiz had one assist apiece.
Daisy Velazquez was in goal for the shutout. The contest was called after 40 minutes on the mercy rule.
Softball
Harnett Central moved to 11-1 on the season and 10-0 in the AAC with wins by margins of 4-0 and 8-0.
