Cape Fear Christian Academy bounced back from a 2-0 loss to North Moore on Saturday to defeat the Mustangs, 2-0 (25-17, 25-19), as the Eagles successfully defended their championship in the Falcon Invitational at Lee Christian.
CFCA topped the hosts, 2-0, on Friday night and downed Berean Baptist, 2-0 (26-24, 25-9), in its opening match on Saturday.
On Saturday, the Eagles were without Mariah Bell and Rhyleigh Horne, who were in a softball prospect camp.
Abby Hobbs and Claire Parker made the all-tournament team from CFCA.
