“The competition was very strong, but the team played and competed hard,” said Eagles coach Graham Thompson.

CFVA’s fur scorers included Ben Thompson with an 83, Cade Godwin (85), Ezra Smith (104) and Hunter Roberts (108).

“Although the outcome of the match was not in our favor, I’m proud of how the team performed in our first match of the year and how they played hard against tough competition,” said Coach Thompson.

CFCA’s middle school boys team will play at Keith Hills on Tuesday afternoon.

The Eagles varsity boys team have been invited to the Keith Hills Kickoff on Friday at noon.

Ben Thompson led CFCA with an 83 Thursday.
