The Cape Fear Christian Academy girls tennis team improved to 4-0 with a 5-4 win over Triton on Wednesday.
Ella John Dupree won the No. 1 singles, 8-4, and teamed with Karson Hamilton for an 8-2 victory in the No. 1 doubles.
Also posting singles wins for the Eagles were Lily Kate Dupree at No. 4, Courtney Butts at No. 5 and Ava Jones at No. 6.
Singles winners for the host Hawks were Kamryn Wise at No. 2 and Shelby McLamb at No. 3.
Triton picked up doubles points from McLamb and Addie Albright at No. 2, and Acey Trochez and Scout Johnson at No. 3.
The Hawks (3-5) were scheduled to visit Overhills on Thursday.
CFCA plays Ridgecroft at Chowan University in Murfreesboro on Monday.
