Cape Fear Christian Academy’s girls tennis team traveled to Holmes High School in Edenton on Tuesday, October 2, for a 5-4 win in a match with Lawrence Academy.

Singles winners for the Eagles included Karson Hamilton at No. 2, Savannah Autry at No. 3 and Courtney Butts at No. 6.

Victories in the No. 1 doubles by Ella John Dupree and Karson Hamilton plus a No. 2 doubles win by Lily Kate Dupree and Autry swung the outcome for CFCA.

The Eagles are scheduled to host Fayetteville Christian on Wednesday.
