CFCA middle school boys finish season with 33-32 OT win

Conner Parrish scored on a fast break in the final seconds for Cape Fear Christian Academy in a 33-32 middle school boys basketball win in overtime against visiting Fayetteville Academy on Thursday.

CFCA finished the season 7-4 as Parrish scored 11 points.

Alan Hinson had six points in the win. Fisher Stancil and Cade Godwin scored five points each. Adding two points apiece were Cason Pope, Eli Burns and Rhett Alphin.

Eighth-grade cheerleaders and players were recognized before the game.
