Cape Fear Christian Academy won a pair of Mid-Carolina Conference championships in middle school cross country at Lee Christian on Thursday.

Yasmeen Castillo broke her own course record in winning the girls individual championship. Kaitlyn Ammons of CFCA was third in the girls race.

The CFCA boys added the conference meet championship to their regular season league title.

Lenin Castillio was second in the boys race, Sawyer Tyndall was third and Cooper Andrews finished fourth.
