CFCA volleyball teams triumph

Cape Fear Christian Academy’s middle school, junior varsity and varsity volleyball teams were winners on Tuesday.

The middle school Eagles improved to 16-0 in the Southeastern Conference as they defeated visiting St. John Paul II of Southern Pines, 2-0, 2-0.

The CFCA JV is also unbeaten, moving to 8-0 with a 2-0 win at Northwood Temple.

The CFCA varsity is 8-7 overall and 6-2 in the Sandhills Athletic Conference after a 3-0 win at Northwood Temple.

The middle school Eagles host Fayetteville Academy today at 4 p.m.

The Eagle junior varsity and varsity travel to Village Christian on Thursday.
