Falcons baseball has best record

The Falcons finished the season in second place in the conference with a record of 10–2, the best record in school history. Coats–Erwin opened in 1999 with the merger of the former Erwin and Coats Middle Schools.

Overhills finished with a 3–9 record.

Catcher Jacob Hartman led the Falcons offensively with four hits and three runs scored. Adding three hits each were Hayden Pope and Dillon Faircloth. Also getting hits were Hunter Thompson, Riley Colville, Jalen Evans, Shay Jackson, and Braxton Davis.

Defensive standouts were Hartman, Colville, and Jaleel White, who made a running catch to rob a Panther of an extra base hit.
