CFCA players replace boards in the bleachers Saturday.

Players, coaches and fathers pitched in Saturday to replace the boards on two sets of bleachers as Cape Fear Christian Academy plays its first varsity baseball game at home on Monday.

“We had a lot of help,” said CFCA coach Bill Parrish.

The Eagles (1-0) host Lawrence at 3:30 p.m.

New aluminum bleachers also have been assembled on each side of the field.
