Cape Fear Christian Academy recognized the eighth-grade members if its middle school team and seniors on the varsity team in girls soccer on Tuesday prior to Mid-Carolina Conference matches with visiting Lee Christian.
The varsity seniors are Jada Johnson and Ava Trainer.
Karlee Edwards scored for CFCA in a 2-1 win for the Falcons. Lee led, 1-0, at the half.
Lee prevailed, 4-0, in the middle school match.
Eighth graders for the Eagles include Destiny Ellis, Charlotte Miller and Knorah Whitmore.
The Eagles visit Crossroads in Henderson on Thursday for a middle school/varsity doubleheader beginning at 3:30 p.m.
