Trent Fennell recorded two strikeouts as he was recognized on Senior day for Barton at Fleming Stadium on Saturday.

The whiffs pushed the former Triton hurler’s season total to 99, breaking the school record of 98 he set last season.

Fennell finished the season with a 6-5 record as the Bulldogs struggled to a 12-36 mark.

Fennell was twice recognized as Conference Carolinas Pitcher of the Week in 2018.
