Harnett Central’s boys golf team is second in the Tri-County Six 3-A Conference standings going into an 18-hole match at Chicora on Monday (March 26) at 2 p.m.

Union Pines holds first place and Triton is in third.

That was the order of finish for the teams at Keith Hills on Thursday.

Cole Long led the Trojans with a 78.

Union Pines totaled 315 and Central was second at 327.

Also scoring for the Trojans were Seth Hagen and Oliver Cole with 80s. Seth Bell had an 89.

Triton got an 82 from Cam Brown, 83s from Lee Bass and Aaron Jackson, and an 87 from Scott Johnson.
