Lana Klein of Triton qualified for the state girls golf tournament on Monday in the Eastern 3-A regional at Carolina National in Bolivia.

“The course was extremely hard” said Hawks coach Mark Whitman.

Klein shot 101 to finish 15th out of 56 golfers.

The NCHSAA 3-A tournament is Monday and Tuesday (Oct. 22-23) at Longleaf Golf and Family Club in Southern Pines.
