The Triton varsity girls basketball team took a 48-39 Tri-County Six 3-A Conference win over visiting Western Harnett on Friday night.
Abby Hood and Aubree Bass scored 11 points each as the Lady Hawks improved to 10-1 overall and 7-1 in league play.
Anastasia McDonald scored eight points in the win. Adding six points each for Triton were A’Shari Watlington, Kaila Cooney and Tristan Ennis.
Hood had seven rebounds and Bass claimed six. McDonald and Hood each had five assists and two steals.
There was no varsity boys game due to COVID issues.
Triton won the junior Varsity boys game, 68-44.
Union Pines visits the Hawks on Tuesday.
