Lee County outscored Harnett Central 2-1 in the second half for a 4-3 Tri-County Six 3-A Conference varsity boys soccer win Thursday on Senior Night for the Trojans.
Dariel Tamayo got Central’s first goal on an assist from Liam Peebles in the 14th minute to tie the score at 1.
With 56 seconds left in the half, Central knotted the score at 2 as Joel Carrillo scored off a corner.
After the Yellow Jackets had gone ahead, 4-2, the Trojans got their final goal from Angel Escobedo on an assist by Tamayo.
The outcome put Central at 3-15 overall and 2-8 in league play.
