Middle school Eagles complete 20-0 regular season with wins at Freedom

The middle school volleyball team from Cape Fear Christian Academy finished the regular season with a 20-0 record after taking a pair of matches at Freedom Christian Academy on Friday.

CFCA will be the top seed in the Southeastern Conference tournament and will host fourth-seeded St. John Paul II of Southern Pines in the semifinals on Monday at 4 p.m.

Liberty Christian of Fayetteville plays the O’Neal School of Southern Pines in the other semifinal.

CFCA won the conference regular-season championship last year and was runner-up to Village Christian in the league tournament.
