Midway Middle School defeated Union, 34-0, in the Raiders’ home football opener on Wednesday.

Trey Gregory had 42 rushing yards, 84 receiving yards, and two touchdowns.

Casey Culbreth passed for 143 yards and two touchdowns. Josh Lupo and Jaylin Baggett each caught a TD pass.

Kendrick Tyndall and Gabriel Brown led the defense with nine and eight tackles, respectively.

Midway (2-0) battles for first place Wednesday (Oct. 24) against visiting Hobbton (1-0).
