Logan Patrick shot a 38 at Chicora Country Club on Monday for medalist honors in leading Midway to a 164 total in high school golf.

The event was listed as a scrimmage on the Raiders’ schedule. Triton shot 181 and Harnett Central totaled 187.

The competition was conducted on the front nine.

Also scoring for the Raiders, the 2018 NCHSAA 2-A champions, were Matthew Faircloth (41), Jordan Sullivan (42) and John Michael Best (43).

Midway officially opens the season on Monday, March 4, at 3 p.m. with a nine-hole match at Lakewood.
