The Midway golf team won the Sampson County Tournament on Thursday at Lakewood Country Club.

The Raiders shot 307. Clinton was second at 351.

Logan Patrick and Jordan Sullivan each shot 76s for Midway with Patrick winning a 3-hole playoff for medalist honors.

Matthew Faircloth had a 77 for Midway and Caden Hodge shot 78.

The Raiders have an East Central 2-A Conference match at Goldsboro Municipal Course on Monday at 2 p.m.
