The Overhills varsity boys basketball team took a 71-30 Patriot Athletic 4-A/3-A Conference win at South View on Tuesday night as left-handed junior Zavian McLean led the way with 30 points.

Cinque Lemon added 10 points as the Jaguars improved to 18-4 overall and 13-1 in league play.

“Our defensive pressure created a lot of havoc,” said Overhills coach Tony Lewis.

The Jaguars visit Terry Sanford on Thursday night. The Bulldogs are 12-2 in the league in second place in the standings.
