Bailey Neel of Overhills hs signed to play softball at Concord University in West Virginia.

Neel hit .294 for an 18-6 Jaguars team that went to the second round of the NCHSAA 4-A playoffs in 2018. She had three doubles, 10 RBIs and was 2-for-2 on base-stealing attempts in her junior season. Neel played center field.

Concord was 18-27 overall and went 14-18 in the Mountain East Conference in 2018.

The Mountain Lions are coached by Alisa Tasler.
