Pine Forest rolled out to a 53-6 halftime lead at Western Harnett and posted a 60-6 All American Conference varsity football win over the Eagles on Friday night.
Western (1-4, 1-2, AAC) avoided a shutout when Jeremiah Steele scored on a 45-yard pass play from Bryce Browning to cut Pine Forest’s lead to 20-6 late in the first quarter.
The visiting Trojans improved to 3-1 overall in their league opener.
Western is scheduled to visit Overhills on Friday night.
