Host Cleveland rolled to a 62-7 varsity football victory over South Johnston on Friday night as the Rams improved to 10-1 overall.
Cleveland finished 5-0 in the Greater Neuse 3-A Conference standings.
South (5-6, 3-2) avoided a shutout on a 54-yard touchdown pass to sophomore Jaydn McNeill with six minutes left in the first half.
The scoring toss from junior Chase Carroll got the Trojans within 27-7.
The Rams pushed the lead to 41-7 at halftime.
The South coaching staff and juniors had some time with the Trojan seniors following the game.
