Host Cleveland scored a goal in each half for a 2-0 nonconference girls soccer win over Triton on Thursday night.
Senior Sydney Epps had a goal and an assist for the Rams. Freshman Ava Gollbach also scored for Cleveland.
The outcome put the Hawks at 3-5-1 overall.
Triton is scheduled to host Union Pines on Tuesday.
