Triton’s gym floor has been deemed unplayable due to storm damage. Repairs were set to begin today and take five weeks.

Wendy Simmons, athletic director and volleyball coach for the Hawks, was looking for locations for her team to practice and play.

The team will be practicing at the gym at Al Woodall Park in Erwin and will play some matches at Coats-Erwin Middle School.

The team has played some games at Coats-Erwin in the past while the gym at Triton was being renovated.
