South Johnston’s varsity baseball team won a Greater Neuse River 3-A Conference game at Smithfield-Selma, 12-0, on Tuesday.

The Trojans are 9-7 overall and 3-2 in league play.

Senoirs Jay McKenzie and Clay Milburn combined for the shutout.

South hosts Raleigh Homeschool in a nonconference game tonight.
