The Sandhills Athletic Conference, which includes Cape Fear Christian Academy, produced a pair of NCISAA 1-A basketball champions on Saturday at Forsyth Country Day School as the Northwood Temple girls defeated Neuse Christian, 70-57, and Trinity Christian, also from Fayetteville, topped Greenfield of Wilson, 70-62 for the boys title.
