The Camels have hit homers in each of their last 10 games and Christian has a team-high 15 round trippers for the season. … In NCHSAA football championships on Saturday, Tarboro downed East Surry, 25-7, for the 1-AA title, Reidsville defeated Mountain Heritage, 35-6, for the 2-A crown, Murphy topped Northside-Pinetown, 14-7, in the 1-A final and Vance pulled away from Rolesville to win its second straight 4-AA trophy, 35-14. … Keith Mitchell is 9-under par with a 2-shot lead going into the final round of the Wells Fargo Championship at Quail Hollow in Charlotte today (CBS, 3 p.m.). … Philadelphia plays at Atlanta tonight (ESPN, 7:08 p.m.). The Braves scored four runs in the bottom of the 12th to edge the Phillies, 8-7, on Saturday night.
