Track and field throws standout Asher Prince and softball player Sidney Roberts are scheduled for signing ceremonies at Western Harnett on Friday morning.

Prince, who excels in the shot put and discus, is going to Charlotte.

Prince had an effort of 46 feet, 10.5 inches to finish sixth in the indoor state 3-A meet in Winston-Salem earlier this year.

Roberts, who plays on the corners defensively for the Eagles, is planning to play at Methodist.
