Rev. W.H. Calcutt

W.H. Calcutt will be inducted into the Sampson County Sports Club Hall of Fame at Clinton High School on Tuesday, March 6, at 6:30 p.m.

Reverend Calcutt and his wife, Bonnie, have been long-time supporters of Midway athletics. Sons, Mark and Chris, were outstanding performers for the Raiders, as have been grandsons, Taylor Calcutt, Carson Calcutt and Cameron Calcutt.

Mark Calcutt was quarterback on Midway’s 1-A state championship football team in 1978. Taylor Calcutt played pitcher and shortstop when Midway won the 2-A state championship in baseball in 2014.

Reverend Calcutt is a proud alumnus of Clemson.
