Campbell signee Cameron Williford pitched a no-hitter as Midway took a 10-0 East Central 2-A Conference varsity baseball win in five innings over visiting Spring Creek on Wednesday night.

The Raiders improved to 13-0 overall and 7-0 in league play going into a conference contest at Wallace-Rose Hill on Thursday at 6:30 p.m.

The matchup with Spring Creek was postponed from Tuesday night.

Williford had 11 strikeouts with one walk. He threw 61 pitches.

Jaron Register had two hits and three RBIs for Midway. Carson Calcutt and Cameron Calcutt each had a hit with two RBIs. Williford had two hits and an RBI. Cameron Barefoot had a hit.

The Raiders stole 11 bases, including three by Jonathan Cooper. Carson Calcutt and Eli Culbreth each stole two bases.

Midway was errorless on defense.
